Widening of Basic Strip i/c slope stabilization & provision of retaining structure along with associated surface & sub surface drainage water a) Earth work including slope stabilization b) Earth work in cutting & provisioning of Soil retaining structure c) Drainage works on the uphill slopes (sub surface & surface drainage)

Improvement of drainage within the basic strip. a) Scouring, desilting of the existing 03 nos. culverts including repairs/ overhauling to restore the drainage system. b) Restoration of the blocked 01 no. culvert including necessary repairs and overhauling to restore the drainage system. c) Construction/ repair of surface drains within the basic strip. d) Construction of additional culvert if required based on hydrological study & design. e) Any other additional drainage work required, based on the hydrological study & design for the stability of the subject work for minimum 10 years of maintenance period

Note: 1. The above quoted cost covers all items of the work as given above and detailed in the “AAI’s Requirement” as well as conforming to all specifications and stipulations laid down in the Bid Document including all addendum/ corrigendum thereof till the date of submission of Bids. It is inclusive of all costs on Design, Drawings, Reports, Survey, Site Facilities, Construction, Equipment, Plants, Instruments, Labour, round the clock operations during DLP, availing all relevant statuary clearance, Supervision, Materials, Erection, Testing, Maintenance, Temporary Works, Site Access, Safety, Security, Defect Rectification, Insurance, Profit duties, Taxes, Levies, Royalties as per applicable law together with all general risks, liabilities and obligations set out or implied in the contract (Excluding GST, ESI & PF (Employer’s Contribution). 2. All works to be carried out as per scope of work/ design intent enclosed with tender documents with all materials, labour, T & P, machinery, equipment, consumables, deployment of suitable Technical personnel for supervision, quality assurance and quality control etc. complete and work to be completed based on approved architectural, structural drawings, specifications, design parameters and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from the concerned authorities. 3. The information contained in these Tender Documents, being indicative in its nature, are being provided for the limited purposes of enabling the Tenderers to prepare a tender. These Tender Documents are a summary of available information and no reliance shall be placed on any information or statements contained herein and no liability is or will be accepted by the AAI in relation to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of such information or statements made nor shall it be assumed that such information or statements will remain unchanged. 4. By filling the lump sum price bidder have carefully considered all aspects of the Works including the designs, specifications, scope of work, methodologies, programs and cost plans including without limitation any aspects relating to all of the Background Information and have carried out all necessary checks, investigations and enquiries of its own, executing and completing the works as per standards including commissioning to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. The bidders shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site and no extra charges consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed including the designs, specifications, scope of work, methodologies, programs and cost etc.
