Hire charge of erection, fitting and fixing of steel tubular structure (hanger) made with 50mm dia MS tube truss frame made with two lines at top and bottom in curved manner of different sizes of 1.2 m and 2.4 m section fitting with 6mm thick MS plate joint in both faces and providing diagonal cross bracing in between the pipes of 25mm dia of 2 nos and 8 nos respectively fitted the frames with one another boltings with 50mm long, 60mm dia bolt and nut, the lower most frame to be fixed on base plate of size (1.2m x 0.40m x 0.012m), the truss of 8m to be placed at an interval of 3m with 50mm dia MS tube purlin 40 nos, horizontally to cover 32.0 m curveture length along the truss with bolt and nut including carriage of materials at site removing the same after the function is over as directed and specified and complete. (all the materials are contractors property).

Fitting and fixing PVC fire resistant tarpoline over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope over the steel roof truss frame …….. And removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractor's property).

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the Pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth both side and outside and removal of the same after the function. (All the materials are contractor's property).

Providing Partition wall using 6 mm Ply and bothside printed flex in steel frame of height 2.42 mm and including pvc door with fittings for attached toilet and 1 wooden door for room.
