SCHEDULE "A" Part - I (BUILDING/ STRUCTURE WORKS)

Construction of incomplete/ balance items of works of Auditorium building all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note:- (i) The detail of completed works are furnished as Appx 'A' to BOQ for purpose of guidance of tenderer only. (ii) Please note that NO claim whatsoever on any account of any errors/ inaccurancies on completed quantities given in Appx 'A' inserted by MES shall be entertained at a later. (iii) The tenderer shall workout incomplete/ balance items of works independently on visiting the site personally and quote their lumpsum amount accordingly for completion of buildings all as shown in drawings and as specified.

SCHEDULE "A" PART -XIV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES.

Material and labour for bringing approved earth from outside MoD Land, filling in pavings / embankment, spreading in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick, watering, ramming, rolling and compacting with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and finishing to required gradient and shape complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (ii) 10% deduction shall be made from finished embankment quantity for bulkage.

S&F 15mm dia bore angle cock brass CP high pressure with capstan head long shank screwed down complete all as specified.

S&F LED flood light luminaire 160 Watt with secondary optics mad in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP 66 protection including necessary connection complete all as directed. Make:- Bajaj cat No BARFEG 160 W LED or equivalent from make list as specified in PS.

Supply and fixing Post top lantern 40 Watt made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection including necessary connection complete all as directed. Make - Bajaj Cat No. BGCL 40W LED or equivalent makes given in PS.

Supply and fixing bracket for street light fittings of any size made out of GI Pipe medium grade 40 mm dia 1.25 mtr length bend to required size and shape including provision of clamps.
