REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF PERIMETER AND SECURITY LIGHTS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT SECTOR D AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.1 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to requirred thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down shall be measured for payment purpose

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for erection and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS- 2713 Part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers, disconnecting of ACSR conductor from existing pole incl refixing in new pole with necessary clamps, nut and bolts if required, fixed in PCC foundation duly painted painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface and including dismsntling of old pole of any size and description with foundation, PCC coping etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of necessary earthwork and PCC for foundation of pole shall be paid under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping for the new/existing Steel Poles, cills, including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 40mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or in floors, including taking up/ down old pipe complete all as speciffied and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair LED street light of capacity 60 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have luminaries efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt, CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95, CCT≥5500, IP66, impact resistance IK 07, inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10kV complete complete all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed. .

S & F in repair Factory made Pole Mounted FRP Junction Box of size 195 X 135 X 90mm with IP 66 Protection and including MCB, SP, 6 Amps, C Curve, 240 Volts [1 Nos], 32 Amps rated Heavy Duty Four Way Connector [1 Nos] and for incomer and outgoing cable, suitable for Pole mounting and fixed with clamps made out of 40 X 3mm flat iron with suitable nuts, bolts, gland lugs etc duly painting the steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core Pvc Insulated & Sheathed Copper Flexible Cable Black including conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed .
