Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150mm internal dia, (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed all as specified and as directed

M & L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 backing coat all as specified and as directed

M & L preparation of newly plastered walls, pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

All as per sl item No 13 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Cleaning of gully trap/Nahani trap/water closet upto 1st manhole from first floor and ground floor by rodding and removing the debris including cutting of small vegetation where ever found at site all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of filter bed and filter channel by bailing out stagnated effluent from filter bed/filter channel, removing the layer of mud with deposits over the bed/channel including vegetation and depositing the same outside the campus in closed containers and cleaning of filter channel properly with water all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank/Soak well by bailing out sewage and night soil/sludge into closed containers and depositing the same outside campus including cleaning the septic tank with water all as specified and directed.

Bailing out liquid along with floating material from septic tank, filter bed by using pumps to nearby drain and clean the drain with water not exceeding 50m away all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) Liquid content shall be measured. (b) Contractor shall make his own arrangement for pump set for Bailing out liquid.

M & L Reinforced Cement Concrete pipes, 200mm bore class NP 2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for 150 mm dia pipe for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for 200 mm dia pipe for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching complete all as specified and directed.
