Making temporaty structure for Setting up of stage of size 12' x 6' x 5' with shade including fitting fixing of the surface mount LED block all complete and dismantling the same after completion of mela as per direction of EIC. from 07-01-2020 to 16-01-2020=10 Days [6 Nos. x 10 days]
Engaging skilled technician in 3 shifts for operation of the LED screen during Ganga Sagar Mela including supply of necessary connecting hard wire materials to complete the work as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.from 07-01-2020 to 16-01-2020=10 Days [6 Nos. x 10 days]
Transportation charges for LED wall, riser, sound system with all other related accessories from kolkata to work site by hired vehicle and carrying back the same from work site to Kolkata after coompletion of mela including loading, unloading complete.
Considering present pandemic situation actual quantity of work may differ from BOQ which shall be finalized by the EIC / competent authority in due course..
