V.T. mixed flow pump of 970 RPM, having static lift of 28 feet, including delivery pipe, delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with epoxy coating inside & outside and the Y-Body of Pump is in taper shape, so that it will fit in existing 18” diameter of embedded pipe including flange welding, nut-bolts, complete in all respect, as per site and as per approved technical specifications(see Annexure-A)

Supply, erection and commissioning of solid shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 225 HP of 6 pole, 970 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 (as per IS 12615 with latest amendments) Suitable for 30Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved technical specification.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 1 No. LTDB with 2 no. incomer, one of 1600 amp. (With 2 nos. of outgoing having MCCB 800 amp each) & second incomer of 1600 amp with 4 no. outgoing (3 nos. of outgoing having MCCB of 630 amp &1 no. outgoing of having MCCB of 250 amp. for existing ACB panel) along with D-plug socket 63 amp MCCB for lighting loads, indicators, relays, meters, push buttons, bus bars suitable, with a stand of MS Channel (1 feet up from floor) IP-54 & as per approved technical specification.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 225 HP Fully Automatic ATS Starter with main contactor of 630 amp, tapping contactor of 400 amp & star of 225 amp for 225 HP motor with ATS with degree of protection IP 54 including connections and small items as thimbles, nut/bolt, lugs etc. Complete in all respect with a stand of MS Channel (1 feet up from floor) & as per approved technical specifications.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 1.6 MVA, three-phase 11 KV/433-250V, dry type, naturally air cooled, copper wound, outdoor type distribution transformers as per IS 2026 and as per latest electrical specifications/ISS along with all accessories/fittings like bi directional rollers, rails, WTI scanner with 3 PT-100 sensors, connection boxes, lugs, nut bolts, cable kit, thimbles, on load tap changer (± 5%) and complete with base channel mounting etc. including any leftover item, complete in all respect including the suitable transformer foundation as in required quantity.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 11 kV VCB panel (4nos. for operation & 1 nos. in spare), 02 nos. incomer VCBof 400 Amp. and 3 nos. outgoing of 400 Amp. with a provision such that 2 nos. outgoing VCBs connected with both transformers and 01 no. in spare) with 26.20 KA breaking capacity along with CT/PT of required capacity including the 24V DC operated relays for fault circuit, lightening indicators, relays, meters, push buttons etc., earth fault and overloading on all feeder and incomers. Each VCB should have metering equipment and safety devices as per specification (Annexure. – C). Each incomer should have tripping function for LTDB panels and starters, earthfaults, Undervoltage/overvoltage and phase indicators. Each outgoing should have relay for overloading, earth fault, & short circuit. The scope of work also includes heavy duty battery operated charger for ensuring 24 hours relay operation. Both incomer be connected with linkage coil/change over so that 1 incomer be functional at one time.

Providing and fixing of suitable capacity outdoor type capacitor bank with resin cast insulation to be coupled with 1.6 MVA transformer to compensate its losses 11 KV complete with cable connection/conductor connection on suitable mounting stand.

Providing and laying of 11 kV XLPE Cable, armoured, Aluminum conductor 3 Core 120.0 mm2 HT cables for the connection of VCB to transformer and HT pole to VCB by fixing suitable size cable box at both ends .

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with protection radius of 100mtr. along with its earthingas per the site requirement.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200 mm bore, 20 feet depth complete with GI electrode with GI strip (02 nos. for each transformer, 01 no. for fencing, 01 no. for VCB, 02 nos. for LTDB panels & motors in pump house) and coke & salt etc. along with name plate complete as per requirement.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200 mm bore, 10 feet depth complete with copper electrode, copper strip for neutral of each transformer & coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per requirement.

Supply, and laying of single core cable Aluminum Conductor 1000mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armoured LT cable from Transformer to panel with thimbles.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT 3.5 core cable Aluminum Conductor 400mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armored cable from panel to Motors by providing suitable size thimbles at both ends.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT 3.5 core cable Aluminum Conductor 500mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armored cable from Starter to Motors by providing suitable size thimbles at both ends.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT Single core cable Aluminum Conductor 630 mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armored cable from neutral of transformers to LTD Panelsby providing suitable size thimbles at both ends.

Providing and fixing of longitudinal girders of ISMB (500mmX180mm) of length of 09 ft. (+-1ft.) for Pumps and Motor assembly by fixing supports to the precasting concrete structure using structural elements as per spacing required for 30Cs. Pump assembly.

Make of Transformer: ABB/ Siemens / GE / Schneider. Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 8. Old scrap will be property of the department, if any. 9. Completion period – completion period is 10 months. 10. Agreement for maintenance / service of the work will be drawn with L-1 Agency on the terms and conditions given in SLA issued by C.E./LCU, I&WR Department Haryana Panchkula letter No. 1089-91/NABARD/2020 dated 16.09.2020 (copy attached). Agreement shall be for five years or 10000:00 Hrs. of working of electro mechanic equipments from the date of commencement of the agreement. 11. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents & 70% payment be made as per pro-rata basis. 12. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 13. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 14. Successful agency will submit drawing of the work within week period from the date of approval of rate by competent authority. 15. HT bolt to be used instead of SS bolt. 16. Delivery pipe will be inserted in existing pipes and shall be less by 2inch dia and also as per site requirement. 17. Authorization from OEM be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 18. The warranty of transformers will be of 5Years alongwith periodic maintenance 19. Panels be manufactured by original manufacturer either by approved brands themselves or their authorized original equipment manufacturers under their brand name. The inspection is also allowed at their channels partner’s work with the condition that all drawings / test certificates shall be from the original equipment manufacturer. System house of approved brand are not acceptable and rating IP 54. 20. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 21. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates.
