Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank within an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m for the following classification of soil including shoring, strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and all other incidental charges and as directed by the Officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight course aggregate of 40mm size hard blue granite broken stone) for levelling course including the cost of mixing, placing the concrete in position, consolidating finishing the ends complete and curing etc. complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers for works beyond 1.50m from GL for footing.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:2(M30) (one cement one and half sand and two 20mm &10mm HBG stone) for Floor slab floor beam &side wall excluding the cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including the cost of mixing, placing, vibrating of concrete curing and finishing etc., complete as directed by the officers.

Providing GI ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 50 mm GI pipes and cowl and as directed by Deparment officers

Providing manhole cover of size 1x1 0.60 X 0.60 M in RCC 1: 1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 5O x 5O x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by Department officers.
