Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but including shoring, strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound with an initial lead of 10 metres and lift of 2 metres in places shown by the departmental officers clearing, leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying of Gravel including cost and conveyance of the same to work site from approved quarry including stacking the same to departmental gauge for premeasurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading, including all hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental engineers for making up of low berms.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make PVC soil pipes of various dia having 6 kg/sq.cm pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC/ MS clamp, TW plugs, brass screw etc and amking connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry/RCC works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications (PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earthwork excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipelinesare proposed to laid below ground level.

Planting of G2 turfing grass including forking the ground top ,dressing with farmyard manure or vermi composed mixing the same with forked soil watering , weeding and mainteneance for a period of 90 days or more from the actual date of completion of planting work till the grass farm thick grass free from weeds and fit for mowing including the supply of good earth needed for the formation of play ground as directed by the departmental officers

Providing sprinkler for Land Scaping in the Play Ground by using sprinklers 8005 Rotors at Places wherever warranted and providing pipelines of size varying from 32mm to 75mm dia at places wherever required and also fixing of 2" and 2.5" ball valve, PVC fittings and providing 30m3 /hour mesh filters etc., as directed by the departmental officers., Complete complying with the standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five Crushed Stone Crushed Stone Sand (M-Sand) ) and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in Cement Mortar1:5 ( one Cement and five Crushed Stone(M-Sand))using best quality of country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Foundation and basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Foundation and basement

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used and bonding agent cebex 112, zydex - zycrete 2X or equivalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of 1 cement bag 50 kg for increased workability and air entraintment used finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick mixed with bonding agent cebex 112, zydex-zycrete 2X or other equivalent compound confirming to BIS at 200ml of 1 cement bag 50kg for increased workability and air entraintment used finishing in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
