Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for racking out joints/ pointing, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water compete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick terracing tiles in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar (1:3) with integral WPC FOSROC/NITOBOND/SHALIMARSUPERCRETE complast X 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC’s Nitco bond AR cement slurry/ STP No 1 liquid @ 200 ml per bag complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base; concrete surfaces finished fair & even to receive topping floor finish/ layer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ china mosaic including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 300x 7 to 8mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 6 to 7mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31.00 but in skirting/ dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat.

Material and labour for 18-20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in single peice size in treader & landings of stari cases including bull nose edge, flooring, jointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing to mirror finish with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 33.00 but in skirting/ dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4).

Material and labour for 14 to 16mm thick machine cut green Udaipur polished stone slab, set and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone, laid over and including minimum 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and including making holes in stone and RCC shelves suitable for gas pipe with round edges where required complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (reinforcement to cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
