Erection of steel tublor pole of length exceeding 10 mtr. but not exceeding 12 mtr in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Erection of AAA conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 diameter and above including binding etc as required 0.95 km x .343 kg/m = 325.85 kg

Supply of two length of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 7.14 kg per mtr. bracket cross arm for double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV OH line conductor complete with through bolt and nuts for clamping to the poles 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron clamps welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on other side for tying the cross arm together including drilling holes for insulators pins bolt and nut etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of channel 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm, 7.14 kg/mtr cross arm for 2 wire OH Line complete with clamps bolts and nuts etc including drilling of holes of insulators pins and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole cross arm for over head lines as required.

Supply and Erection of 11 KV Pin insulator with large steel head GI in nuts washers etc as required.

Supply and erection of 11 kv disc insulator for 11KV OHL for glavnised insulator fittings ball and socket type and complete with strain clamps, bolt nut washers etc .as required

Erection of cross arm on single pole

Dismantling of old and cut conductor from OH Line 400 m x 4 wire = 1600 mtr = 1.6 km x 214kg/mtr = 342.40 kg

Erection of cradle guard 48 nos x 5 span = 240 nos

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sqmm and upto 400 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Providing of 11 KV grade 400 Amp Gang operating switch

Fitting and fixing of 11 KV grade Gang operating switch

Supply and fixing of HT horn gap fuse with insulator and 6 SWG copper wire.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip for connection of earth pits.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal coke and salt as required.

Appling priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)/steel works. (poles and cross arms)

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats.

Clamps, nut and bolts.

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire for cradling. 250 mtr x 3 wire = 750 mtr, 240 nos x 3 mtr = 720 mtr. Total = 1470 mtr x 0.131 kg/mtr = 192.57 kg

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supply of channel 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm 7.14 kg / mtr cross arm for 4 wire OH Line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc including drilling of holes of insulators pins etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of Stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x 7.5mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20mm x 60 cm ) 7/3.15 mm dia GI stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Installation of 250KVA transformer on foundation after unloading from company vehicle and pushing/pulling on to the foundation.

Transportation of poles from store to working site.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 600 Amp TPN End Feed Unit made of 1.6mm thick sheet steel enclosure duly painted with with powder coating to existing rising mains complete with TPN disconnector FSU and HRC fuses, mounting stands, cable end box, brass compression gland, connections, earthing etc as required.

Supply and erection of shackle insulator(100 mm x 110 mm), GI bolts, nuts and straps etc as required
