Comprehensive maintenance of lift (03 Nos) upto 10 passenger of Johnson make electrically operated upto G+5 floors with fully automatic door with V3F driven system at SRE 25 ISU and ATC building etc complete all as specified and directed. Make Johnson Note :- (i)The entire work mentioned above is inclusive of comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts/ elevators which shall be got executed through OEM or any reputed lifts manufacturer such as M/S Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. etc only. The contractor shall submit the hard copy of MOU for AMC (inclusive of material) with lifts manufacuturer to the deptt before commencement of work (ii) Contractor shall deptoy trained trademen directely employed and supervised by OEM or reputed firm. The trademen shall be quailifed to keep equipment properly and take care to maintain the elevators equipment in proper and safe operating condition. (iii) Contractor shall regularly and systematically examine, adjust, lubricate as required all elevator parts such as gear, motor, controller, V3F drive, lift cabin. (iv) Contractor shall attend the break downs immeadiately on receipt of complaints (v) In case of emergency, contracor shall attend to the break down within an hours, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 500/- any will be made from contractor,s dues (vi) Contractor shall periodically equalize the tension on the hoistion to maintain an adequate factor of safety. (vii) Contractor shall examine periodically all safety devices and make monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly safety tests as per company norms.

Series (At Rader cum Antenna building, lift No L-D2518) including renewal the following damage/unworkable parts and making the lift ready for smooth functioning:- (a) Door lock female contacts schersal- POD. 10 Nos. Supply only, in replacement of Door Drive VVVF, including taking down of old / Unsearviceable items, complete all as directed.

Supply only, in replacement of infrared door sensor suitable for lift, complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable battery from ARD and supply & fixing testing and comissioning dry maintenance free battery of capacity 12 volts 17 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Exide/Amron.

Taking down unserviceable LOP and supply, fixing and testing LOP complete assy for conunting of each floors up and down indication mark including wiring work upto control panel complete and masonary work if required at the time of taking down wall and proper finishing on top of the door entrance display complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only, in replacement, of Fuji VVVF-FRN 7.5 LMIS-4AA complete all as specified directed.

Supply only, in replacement, of Fuji VVVF-FRN 5.5 LMIS-4AA complete all as specified directed.

Supply only, in replacement of Logic Board for Johnson make ARD 25PIN- 1.5KVA and 2.5 KVA complete all as specified directed.

Supply only, in replacement of Mother Board for Johnson Make Lift UPS V7 complete all as specified directed.

M&L for servicing of EOT cranes of 2 ton capacity thoroughly including oiling, greasing and replacment of unserviceable parts/items after taking down complete including load testing for satisfactorly working of cranes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: Parts/items shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only in replacement Limit switch of suitable size for 2 ton capacity crane as per sample complete all as directed.

Supply only in replacement Contactor of 40 Amps 3 pole completed all as directed.

M&L for servicing of HOT cranes of 1 ton capacity thoroughly including oiling, greasing and replacment of unserviceable parts/items after taking down complete including load testing for satisfactorly working of cranes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: Parts/items shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply Only in replacement Dog with spring as per sample completed all as directed.

Supply Only in replacement bearing 2310 & 2305 with pedastal in transmission shaft completed all as directed.

Supply Only in replacement Ratchet gear as per sample completed all as directed.

Supply Only in replacement Chain pulley block complete suitable for 1 ton capacity crane completed all as directed.

M&L for servicing of EOT cranes of 10 ton capacity thoroughly including oiling, greasing and replacment of unserviceable parts/items after taking down complete including load testing for satisfactorly working of cranes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: Parts/items shall be measured and paid seperately

Checking of over head cranes any size,type , capacity and location for functioning of motors, unusual noise and nut bolt washers etc including testing for smooth functioning and inform Engr in Charge for repair if required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
