Complete removal of existing tratment of wall using electric sanding machine including cornices, pillasters etc by scraping down and applying white wall care putty for filling the undulation of wall and finished with two coats of cement based paint,in camouflage pattern in any shape and colour upto 55ft height of bldg above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty if 1mm thick over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any size, thickness, quality or description) from metal frame glazed with putty.

3mm thick Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exec 0.50 sqm each.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&l Rendering 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or cement conc. surface including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only)

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer.

M&L preperation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint of approved tint, colour on wall including cornices, pilastes as directed by Engr-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L Preparation of old painted plastered or concrete surface over 10 cm girth or width, & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high .Note:-Letters etc., shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained
