i] Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from CLW approved Vendors [ for CLW Item ID: 2100252 , Helical Spring for 3-Phase Locos etc. ] as per Clause 16.3 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions. [GTC attached]. ii] The status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless a case of removal / suspension / banning / downgrading. iii] Firms quoting on behalf of approved source will have to upload tender specific authorization of approved source failing which offer will be rejected.
In case of authorized dealers, firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with their offer; otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

Bidder should go through the Tender document, IRS Conditions of contract, General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway, Special conditions [if any] and other Conditions specified/attached with the Tender. 2. In case of Authorized Dealer, bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, firm has submitted documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy. 5. The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be. 6. The bidder has submitted relevant HSN Code for the tender item.
