Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement with WPC paid and WPC to be measured separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces/existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed.
