M&L for 30 mm to 25 mm thick rough dressed sahabad stone slab flooring bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3)

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified.
M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping,surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed
M&L for preparation of newly plastered/concrete wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (Inner girth only measured)
M&L for raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortor etc ,washing the joints and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 02 days prior to re-pointing in random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses work built in cement mortor etc upto three storyed bldg or 20m height complete all as directed.
M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) upto and including height 20m complete all as directed. Note : Rates all as included for scafollding, shuttering, ladder etc

M&L for 10 mm and above dia MS round bars cut to length bend to shape required etc (to be used for stiffness to chain link) fixed indepdently to the angle iron post complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Conforming to Fe- 410w (Gde E-250) quality 'A' or Fe 290 (Gde E-125).
S&F MS screw bolts (machine made 12 mm dia. Shank) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at another end, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5cm n. exc 10 cm in length.
S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including removing old structure complete all as specified and directed.
Ditto all as per Item Ser No 31 above but for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for
M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth
M&L for preparation of new untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as speicifed and directed.
M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description but n.exc 10 cm in width or girth
