M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 01 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per10 Sqm putting in premix bituminus macadam well rammed as specified for thin bituminus carpet (3 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.80 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again rolled power roller 10 to 12 ton capacity, depth of pote holes n.exc 30mm all as specified).

Scarifying or picking up graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exc 100mm deep and removing to a distance n.exc. 50 mtrs and all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (Each layer 75 mm compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3(50 to 20mm size) using aggregate of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled with 10 to 12 ton power road roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl iem No 3 here-in-before but except material (Note: Serviceable material will be obtained from relevant item)

M&L for premixed Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), any panetration, laid/rolled and compacted with 10-12 tonne power roller to required camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. over the surfaces and applying paving bitumen 10 Kg/ 10 Sqm evenly a prime coat with bituminous primer of VG-30 complete and all as directed

M&L for preparing of old black top surfaces by brshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on Black top surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces and applying paving bitumen evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 03 cm thick (consolidated thickness) with 0.41 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 Kg of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) and including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of paving bitumen spread with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 10 to 12 ton power roller to required camber and gradient and rolled to uniform smooth surface with the same roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete blocks PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in road kerb and set in position with cement mortar (1:6) complete all as directed.

M&L for moorum filling in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick (compact thickness), spread, levelled and rolled and consolidated with 10 to 12 tonne power roller including watering as in road side berms complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Consolidated thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.)

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and old surfaces i.e. making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of minimum 2mm thick width not exceeding 15cm with hot thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS:3262 with 20 % glass beds (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modified ABS plastic (Reflection panel Acrylic plastic) Road stud (RPM) Micro prismatic (two way) of size (100x88x15) mm fixed with cement nails and washer as per manufacturer's instructions. Make: 3M / TATA BP SOLAR.
