M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1,(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. Raking out joints ,haking for key and scrubbing down with water including removing debries out site MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished surafaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete /chequered tiles/ paver block in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above GL ) including removing debries out site MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates and the like including necessary formwork and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation, or shafts, wells, cess pits manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation, or shafts, wells, cess pits manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes internal dia / bore of pipe 200mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including haunching in any discription and disposed from MOD land . complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 12 here in before but internal dia / bore of pipe 300 mm.

S&F 200mm bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE pipes (SN8) in any length including all fittings and jointing with elastomeric rubber rings and couplers / other jointing materials as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 14 here in before but for 300mm bore (inner dia).

M & L for concrete bed PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 200 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Rate including removing cover of drains and refixing also.

M&L for destruction of growth of weed plants with roots on the roof of bldgs and on the wall of bldgs at any height with 2.40 'D' oil mixed veedicides or mixed with veedol chemical solution and sprayed in and around roots and at places of possible growth of weeds all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(i) In case of plants that has trees like growth, the plant should be cut to avoid damages to roof/wall and rest to be treated with chemical solution (ii) The area after treatment shall be cleaned off all debris branches dead plant etc.
