The depth of centre of gravity shall be reckoned correct to 0.1m. 0.05m or more shall be taken as 0.1m and less than 0.05m ignored.

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum type Hot Mix plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and constructing gabian structures for erosion control, river training works and protection works with polymer wire crates divided into 1m compartments by cross netting with mesh opening size 150mm x 150mm, made from 9mm polymer rope (PP) having weight of 40grm/m with a tolerance of + or -8%,1560 kg breaking strength (min) and after 1000 cycles of abrasion the rope shall be subjected to tensile test as per IS:7071 (Part IV)-1986, which shall be more than 85% of the original breaking strenth of the rope, the crates shall be filled with boulders with least dimensions of 200 mm, all loose ends to be securely tied with 9 mm polymer wire as per the specification of standard specification of gabions and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical APWD Informatory Sign Board with Logo as per MORD Specification and Drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm. The angle iron frame of the lowermost frame and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 02 Nos. 75mm x75mm of 12SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450mm 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The topmost diamond plate will be welded to the middle plate 47mm x47mm of 12 SWG steel olate tybe. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc, will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of supeior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of frame post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per Drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1.
