Sand filling in foundation good river sand including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., Complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISSHBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, Compacting and watering within 200m lead for good water etc., complete.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4” x 41/4 " x 21/4" , including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including labour for watering with good water within 200m Lead for good water, including all labour and all other incidental charges etc. complete for UP TO BASEMENT.

Supply and errecting centering and strutting including necessary supports for plane surface in foudation and basement in all floors for RCC columns, footing pedestals, plinth beam, Critical pier etc., using mild steel angles of size 90 x 60 x 10 cm gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silvr oak joist ( Country wood) of size 10 cm to 6.50 cm spaced at 75 cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specification and as directed as per clause MOST specification for STRUTTING
