Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No. 02 above, but Except Bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

Excavating in post holes for soft / loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete Type C-2 (1:3:6) ( using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc all as specified & directed.

Supply only chain link fencing weight not exc 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacigs and straining and fixing to any type of strand rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia. and over, Cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, spirally and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. all complete.

M&L for 12mm dia. MS bolts (Machine made ) of length exc. 10cm but not exc. 15cm with one washer and one nut all as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15mm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface co,plete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for pavement, path etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading,levelling,ramming,watering in floor and consolidation

Providing cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, Parapet walls, facia, cover slabs upon drainage system incl necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Providing precast ce- ment concrete in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma?sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham?fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate, Set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate, Set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged pipes of any description from existing lines including necessary excavation of old fitted in trenches, supply , laying and jointing of Reinforced concrete class NP-2, 150 mm dia including testing, haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 and returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100/150/200 mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine manually as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/circular and de-sludging /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters form the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud/ sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n' exc 50 meters from the wc and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old broken cast iron pipes from existing sewage line or along plumbing stack along the walls including necessary excavation in trenches where required, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in complete, supplying, laying in trenches or along the walls with MS clamps of standard specifications and jointing of new 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/ floors or in walls pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 33 Above but 75mm bore of pipe.

Note: In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.
