Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth,slush/mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Close timbering over areas including strutting,shoring and packing cavities (wherever required ) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush in or under water and / or liquid mud ., etc completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.S frames.

Depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m. Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix) . The rate includes head load pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and working infoul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation at all level of above/ below ground level. The rate includes all lead, pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc., The rate includes all lead, pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. The rate includes pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition etc., completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.Sframes .

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing, driving and installing driven cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified , excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.4 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including ransportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including cost of solvent cement, excluding PVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 200mm dia.

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes head load the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose in or under foul poition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud , including pumping out water as required .(as per D S R 2018 ) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding ,grinding. Buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complte. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab withsuitable arrangement (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc.,)
