COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF FIREFIGHTING SYSTEM INCINATOR LIFTS OXYGEN PLANTS AND MECHANICAL LAUNDRY PLANT INSTALLED AT TELI HOSP UNDER GE 859 EWS

Servicing/ comprehensive maintenance scheduled Quarterly servicing of fire alarm system comprising of Smoke detection control panel , Smoke detector (Photoelectric detection Technology), Micro processor based 4 Loops 01 Number Fire Alarm control panel, flame detector and 04 Numbers Micro procrssor based repeater Panel, conventional manual call point and LPCB, conventional sounder etc by attending fault testing of system, quarterly checking of system including preventive maintenance by replacing small spare parts complete all as specified and directed. Location : 305 FD Hospital, Tawang. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for carry out all repairs noticed during the Quarterly (03 months) period.

Supply & install in replacement Addressable intelligent manual call point all as required at site complete. Make :- Ceasefire/ Visionic/ Universal (Ravel)/ Honeywell or equivalent as per site requirement.

Supply & install in replacement Addressable Intelligent electronic sounder with loop powered Beacon all as specified and directed. Make :- Ceasefire/ Visionic/ Universal (Ravel)/ Honeywell or equivalent as per site requirement.

Supply & install in replacement addressable Intellignet multi-sensor detector with inbuilt smoke and heat detectors with connected accessories ass as specified and directed . Make :- Ceasefire/ Visionic/ Universal (Ravel)/ Honeywell or equivalent as per site requirement.

M& L for preparation to external old steel surface of 80mm bore pipe and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zine Chrome Primer complete all as specified.

M& L for preparation to external old steel surface of 100mm bore pipe and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zine Chrome Primer complete all as specified.

M& L for preparation to external old steel surface of 150mm bore pipe and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zine Chrome Primer complete all as specified.

M& L for preparation to external old steel surface of hose box/door/panel board of various size and completely removal of existing paint by scraping or by using chemical and surface painted with two coat synthetic enamel paint with help of brush complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Colour of paint - Red

M&L for taking down defective centrifugal pump set 100 HP capacity by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at same location as directed. by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
