Sch 'A' Part-I B/R Part:- Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position including racking out joints making key scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of debris out side MD land.

Taking down chowkats of frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4 sq. m each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs , walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished idetical to existing finish without any all as specified and directed by Engr- in - charge

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worm out tarfelt, mortar of any description & any thickness, shrubs/roots ,vegetation, tree, terracing pcc/brick tiles, concrete bedding etc as directed and Cleaning of all foreign material debris etc by brushing and dusting, washing down with water etc ,surface shall be leveled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and applying roof treatment with 03mm thick APP modified membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement(center core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm , laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions over one coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 0.30 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x 350 x 7mm thick,on vertical wall surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces inc rendering cement plaster, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free Non skid ceramic colored tiles, 7 to 8mm thick square or rectangular) area of Each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18mm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for joint free Non skid ceramic colored tiles, 10mm thick square or rectangular) area of Each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38mm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Acrylic smooth exterior paint (Weather coat),Premium quality having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including 1 to1.5mm thick water proof cement based wall care putty and necessary scaffolding up to three storeys height of bldgs, Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Thickness of RCC member not exc 150 mm and reinforced with welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed of weight exc 2.0 Kg/Sqm and finally applying two coats of exterior grade emlsion paint (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush mark on the surface of approved colour over and including one coat of primer including scaffolding up to 8.0m height complete all as specified and as directed . Note : No extra rates of scafffolding will be paid separately against this item.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Part-I E/M Portion:- Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) on surface wiring on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators and sockets by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, as per existing finishes complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS-H 1100 volte grade cable, with and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (ISI marked) with all fittings including sheet steel/CI terminal box of adequate size including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for brick covering equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with well burnet sub class ‘B’ bricks laid as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole including fittings /clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 34,070.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
