SCHEDULE A PART I (BUILDING WORKS)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for completion of incomplete work in respect of Construction of permenent Alternate ATC Bldg (Semi underground) alongwith RCC wall, VIFT (earth traverses), PCC plinth protechtion, saucer drain, Toe wall etc, complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for completion of incomplete work in respect of Construction of sub Station building for power house, complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note for item Nos 1.01 and 1.02: (i) Approximate quantities of balance works are attached as Appendix 'A' to the Schedule 'A'. (ii) Please note that the percentage of balance works given in Appendix 'A' are not firm and the bidder shall assess his own percentage with reference to contract drawings and other conditions, after site visit before quoting the tender. Cost of any other items leftover with reference to contract drawings & conditions, and any other works required preparatory to complete the balance works shall be deemed included in the lump sum quoted for this schedule. Nothing extra shall be admissible on the ground of requirement of any other items or variation of percentage if any found at later stage.

SCHEDULE A PART XIII (MISCELLANEOUS B/R & E/M ITEMS) (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) : - Supplying and erecting decorative wall mounted fans electric driven suitable for AC 250 Volts , 50Hz single phase electric supply, with pivot arrangement for tilting and oscillation, three speed with speed regulator, 400mm sweep, power consumption approximately 55 watts, 1300-1800 RPM, colourless blade including connecting up with 3 core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supplying and fixing heavy duty, BEE 5 star labelled Exhaust fan of 375 mm sweep, 900 rpm speed, 230 Volts, approximately 2460 Cubic meter per hour air delivery with all accessories and necessary materials, suitable to work on 230 V , AC Supply 50 Hz, erected in position, :ISI marked Exhaust fan , capacitor run with mounting ring, four numbers of fixing hole without regulator and with louvers. Fan motor with moisture proof treatment and E class insulation, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 2312/67 with amendments 1 to 8. MCB’s shall be of B- curve characteristic & shall have quick make & break non-welding self wiping silver alloy contacts for 10 kA short circuit both on the manual & automatic operation. All the active, live parts of MCB’s should be out of human reach, ensuring safety & confirms to IP: 55 degree of protection. The MCB’s must house transparent label holder to ensure circuit identification. The MCB’s must have fully insulated safety shutters. The MCB’s shall have lockable switching lever. The Minimum electrical endurance shall be 20,000 operations. The housing of the MCB shall be mounted self-extinguishing DMC (Dough Moulding Compound). (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) Shifting & Transportation of transformer step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV of 50 KVA capacity from store yard of AGE (AF) Bihta to the site of work at Darbhanga and Installation, connecting up, testing and commissioning of serviceable indoor transformer of Capacity 50 KVA, including heating, filteration and topping up of transformer oil (as required to achive desired level and die-electric strength of transformer oil), painting of transformer external surface with spray painting with two coats of syntethic enammel paint as per colour scheme approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 32 KW (40 KVA), at prime mover rating at 0.85 load factor as per Clause 13.3.2 of ISO-8528 (part-I), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,multi cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 40 KVA(32 KW) at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Dharbanga, Bihar, (Taking all derating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete withy dynamically balanced fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. (ii) Alternator : Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 40 KVA/ 32 KW, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(g) All standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic operation of Gen set (h) By pass arrangment of suitable cap (V) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002. (VI) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M (VII) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set. (VIII) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. Make:- Engine - Kirloskar/Cumins, Alternator- Kirloskar/Stamford, Acoustic enclosure-Kirloskar/Jacksons. Note :- Testing clause of DG set by IEM during.

Note :- (i) The DG set shall be taken over only after it has been tested by the contractor in the presence of an officer nominated by the Accepting officer as per relevant IS specification/ Instruction. (ii) All the expenses incurred on the above test including provision of testing apparatus required to carry out the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to government. If the result of the test are not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at his own expense , replace the defective equipment/materials/ accessories or any thereof as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Decision of Accepting officer shall be final concusive and binding in this respect.

M&L for Boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing by trenchless lechnology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed

(ROAD PATH & CULVERT) Bringing Earth from out side MD land and spreading in layers n.exc 25 cm thickness including watering and rolling with 8 to 10 tone power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed carpet 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 Kg of paving bitumen VG-30 binder per 10 Sqm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

(SEWAGE DISPOSAL) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for completion of incomplete work in respect of Construction of Brick masonary, septic tank of 100 user capacity all as specified and shown of drawings including earth work in any type of soil 100 mm bore cast iron inlet and outlet pipes upto 3.00 mtr from outer face of wall, including CI Tee, sluice valve chamaber, RCC slab and precast RCC manhole covers, reinforcement and CI vent pipes etc complete all as specified and as per drawing. Note : (i) Approximate 5% work is balance at site.
