S & F factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead /double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately (ii) For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium snap beading complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass 4.8 mm thick ordinary quality and each pane exc 0.50 sqm fixed in aluminium frame complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC 1:1.5:3 Type A1 nominal mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Alurninium powder coated grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 with rninirnurn anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern with approved standared section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass /stainless steel screws @ 200mm c/c, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as per requirement and as directed.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in cement mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered) complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition (portions ordered) of PCC Block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition (portions ordered) of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement, as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like in cement mortar 1:4, including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
