Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling (plastered or unplastered) by brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke spot moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Preparation of old plastered surface of wall washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered, painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved tints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment incl preparation of wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved tints over plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness incl one coat of primer over surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projection/cantilivers/balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint as camouflage / ordinary pattern complete all as specified & as directed-by-engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or on concrete surface finished even and fair with water profinfing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.(WPC Measured seprately)

M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
