Complete dismantling of the exiting old damage wiring, Switch boards, Main switches etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing 415V, 315A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. 315A DIN type HRC fuse, cable end box on both sides of the switch as per GS.[Make- L&T/ABB/Schneider]

Supply of 2 x 150 sq mm,1.1 KV Gr. PVC/XLPE Al. Ar. Cable (Make-Gloster/ Havells/ Polycab)

Laying of 2 x 150 sq mm,1.1 KV Gr. PVC/XLPE Al. Ar. Cable as follows:

On existing cable tray

In an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.

Supply of 4 core 6 sq mm,1.1 KV Gr. PVC Al. Ar. Cable (Make-Gloster/ Havells/ Polycab/ l)

Laying of 4 core 6 sqmm Al. Ar. cable on wall/ surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Supply & fixing compression type cable gland and making termination by crimping method as to GS as below-

Supply & Fixing of 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG) perforated GI cable tray With 25x25x3mm angle iron support and perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt,double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Supply & fixing of 240 volt, 90 watt Led street light fittings ( Make- Philips Cat No. BRP340LED 150CWHOSLC S2 PSU GR/ Wipro Cat no. LRO2102-XXX-57-G2) on supply & fixing 40 mm dia. 1.5 mtr. long GI pipe on wall incl. fixing arrangement by iron clamps, nout-bots & wiring by 3 x1.5 sq. mm copper wires etc asper requirements & as to GS.

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/ A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.

S & F 240 V 2+10 Way SPN MCB DB with SS enclosure double-door and IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment, comprising with 1no. 40A DP Isolator as incommer and 10nos. 10 kA, C-Curve 10 to16 A SP MCB as outgoing. Supply and fixing single phase timer switch for controlling the security lights.Supplying & Fixing 240 V, Double Door 12 Way, SS DB with IP-42/43 proction (Make- Legrand/Schneider/ABB) concealed in wall incl. Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 3 X 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) [Phase, Neutral and Earthing] single core stranded 'FRLS' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make- Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision MMS) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board on wall complete with 3 no. “Ph, N & E” copper bar incl. bakelite/ Perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl.175x100x65mm inspection box,making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish [PVC Rigid Conduit only for ceiling portion and horizontal & vertical run concealed] Average run 8 mtr.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. of following size:-

S & F 240 V, 20A, plug socket with separate 20 A Piano key type switch (Make-Anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65 mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

S & F the set of 2 nos 240 V 6 Amp 5 pin plug socket & 2 nos 6 amp piano key type switch (Anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 175x100x65 mm MS (16SWG) switch board with bakelite top cover & earthing attachement as to GS.

S & F 1no 250V 6pin 20A plug socket & 1no 20A piano key type switch and 3nos 250V 6A 5pin plug socket & 3nos 6A piano key switch and 1no indicator and 16A Kitkat flush type fuse (Make-Anchor) on 8” x10” x2.5” MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

S & F of 240V,Twin LED Tube light fitting [Make - Philips cat no. TMC 501 P 2x T-LED / Crompton cat no. IGP162 LT8-16 / Wipro, cat no. WIO922208] complete with 2x18/20 Watt LED tube lamps [Make - Philips Master LED tube model no.18W 865 T8 I 2100lm / Crompton cat no. LTT8-20 / Wipro cat no.- LL13-181-65SE] suspended 25 cm. bellow the ceilling by 2 nos. 20mm dia E.I. Conduit support with MS 'L' clamp and necy. electrical connection by 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated Cu. wire & painting.

S & f 240V 50Hz 1200mm Sweep AC ceiling fan complete with all accessories [M- Crompton HS+/ Usha Striker Plus/ Orient Energy Star] & making connection with 3x1.5 sqmm copper wire as the per the direction of EIC.

S & F Socket type fan regulator (Step type)(M-Anchor) on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite/perspex top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting bakelite/ perspex top cover incl.making necy. connections etc.

S & f of 12'' sweep heavy duty 240V AC exhaust fan (make-EPC Electrical Pvt. Ltd/Crompton) incl. Al. louver shutter,cutting hole on wall & mending good the damages as to GS.

Defect Liability Period - 1 (One) year.
