Pre and Post cleaning of various inside places of school buildings in sequence manner like dusting, sweeping, dry/ wet mopping with water on floors, wall upto ceiling, railing, staircase, furniture, wall panelling, tiles, lift & other existing items etc. (First operation before sanitization and post operation after 3 days of sanitization) of the surface with required accessories etc. complete and as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (For payment purpose area will be measured one time for both operations i.e pre & post.)
Providing & sanitizing surfaces of various areas of school complexes including floors, walls upto 2.4 mtr height, railing, staircase, furniture, wall panelling, tiles, lift, black board & other existing items etc complete using Sodium Hypochloride 1% dilution and other required chemical using mechanical means (spray machine & other necessary equipments). One time application of disinfectant should be active for at least 3 days and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Only Floor areas of the building shall be measured for payment purpose. The contractor has to provide all safety equipments i.e Masks, PPE Kit, Gloves etc to workers during operation. (a) Inside the building.
