Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including iron mangory not exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including iron mangory exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each complete all specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F flush door shutter 35mm thick solid core construction with Block board and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and Skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part -I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkhat

S & F framed work such as in door frame, door shutters / gate of angel , Flat iron or other section with MS sheet , cladding , gusset plates, rails, braces, , hold fast etc. complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, including hinges hold fast of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Factory made uPVC (white/Off white colour sliding window three track made out of extruded profiles with wall thickness of members as 2.3mm (1-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber frame (60mm x 62mm) sash bars (42mm x 67mm). Sliding inter lock (one vertical length in each shutter 45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing head (24.5mm x 16mm) members will be mitred, cut and fusion welded in all corners including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water. Making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gaskets 1.2, 1-0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 21.50mm). Sash bars (30mm x 18mm) profile to be inserted in required profile frame and will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware : Touch lock to be of Zinc alloy (white powder coated), Steel roller system including 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, Aluminium track on bottom rail to be of here track sliding frame, wool pine for sliding sash and interlock, complete all as specified and as directed. (Area exceeding 2.00 Sqm). (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)
