S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets (Beam, tee, angle, channel or hollow steel section) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any descrfiption not otherwise provided for and including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.45mm to 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of AC/CGI/Galvalume sheets corrugated or semi-corrugated in roof covering including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings etc including the filling the Gap all around by brick ats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 35mm thick, IInd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled factory made shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 35 mm thick, 2nd class soft wood , glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated & prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash-bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and metred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre painted Steel Elixir 2000 series windows or euivalent (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick "D" quaility galvanised as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyster paint of 12-16 micros thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer section for outer frame should be of 72x75 mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50 mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter for 48x25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fit mesh and 20mm provision for guard bars/grills, fly mesh shutter section should be 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner Bracekets. centre mullions to be fixed with mullions cap Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2 Nos of heavy duty stainless steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 5mm thick plain float glass and S.S Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade) rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frame should be fixed to the concrete/masonary wall by means of self exapnding screws.
