Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8(One part of Cement, four part of sand, Eight part of aggregates) mix Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia blue-gum posts of 4.0m overall length (3M HT + 0.5M projection + 0.5m into ground) the distance between two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either sideand braces at 2m c/cincluding longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing aplatform with country woodplanksof 40mm tk & 1.0m width in a complete form using coir and nails

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per Kilogram.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brickwork in cement mortor 1 : 5 (One Cement and five Sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 3/4" including all cost of materials and Labour Charges including Curing charges etc., Complete as per standard specification.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one part of Cement and five part of sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 10mm thick including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for laying ,curing, finishing etc Complete.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting the walls with Two Coats of Emulsion Paint over one coat of primer as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Weathering course over roof slab using 20 mm size brick jelly mixed with pure slacked lime no sand to be used. The proportion being 32:121/2 including cost and convenience of all materials to working site, well beating with wooden beaters giving necessary slope and thickness including finishing neatly etc., complete

Finishing the weathering course with one course of machine pressed, pressed tiles of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement – three sand) mixed with crude oil 10 % by the weight and pointed with same oil mixed mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials.and labour charges etc., complete

Wiring with 3x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T switch (Two way) In flush with wall and covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour as standard specification Light Point-SD-17
