Dismantling BTS shed and Nos 9 meter pole from terrace and re erecting the same at mumty with modified height of 6 meter at ABC towers GS Road Guwahati

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

(a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

(a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

(b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

(a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Neat cement punning.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling the roof top pole sructure 2 set consisting of 2 nos each of 65 mm dia MS pipe of length about 6.0 meter and its supporting structure including cable runners made of mild steel in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismentalling of BTS Shelter cabin of size about 3.20m x 2.20m x 2.70m made of PUF material & G.I. sheet,Shifting of all dismenteled components of shelter cabin from terrace of G+ 4 story building of Harisabha, Sunil Enclave, Panbazar and mechanical transport to any new BTS site in Guwahati or to BSNL Store at DIspur including loading, unloading and mechanical transportion with out damaging any part of shelter cabin and assembling at new BTS site building terrace or at BSNL store at Dispur etc. complate as directed by Engineer incharge. (The Agency take almost care against any damage which will be responsible for the same)

Re-erecting the 2 Nos of 6 meter pole ( fabricated from the 9 meter dismanteled pole structure after cutting the pole to 6 meter size ) or any size as directed. The 6 meter height pole structure if to be made by making necessary alteration to the structure using available mild steel sections obtained from the dismanteled pole by welding, drilling , cutting or bolting all complete as directed by Engineer incharge. ( cost of new mild steel section if used and cost of RCC will be paid seperately in the relevent head)

Painting of 3 nos 6.00 metre high pre fabricated pole tower from top to bottom including bracings, guard rails, climbing ladders ets. with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL High-gloss synthetic enamel paint (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade of approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layers to give an even shade including base coat of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) and BISON HB Znic phosphate primer including scaffolding and taking all the necessary safety precaution to protect the humen life, insuance coverage of labours etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrage of Unservisable dismentelled rubbish from BTS site at terrace of G+ 4 story building of Harisabha, Sunil Enclave, Panbazar to Municipal dumping ground by mechanical transport including shifting this material from terrace above 4th floor, loading & unloading all complate as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Credit of balance portion of the 9 meter pole structure and reinforcement of different diameter recovered from dismantling of Reinforced cement concrete work (Payment shall be made as per actual weight).
