Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with (1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).including all carriage.

Plastering the surface 12 mm thick (1:4 mix) including curing etc.complete job.

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats).

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete(Welded).

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.

(Anodized aluminum transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) (fixed portion)

P/f tubular aluminium section powder coated including cost of screws,bolts,dash fastener’s complete job. . (fixed portion)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately.(Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns))

p/f of aluminium composite pane (3 mm thick) in ceiling including cost of silicon etc. complete job

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) ( With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

P/f hardware fittings of standard quality complete in all respects complete job.

Engagement of 2nd class masons for making openings for steel girders.

P/f ACP 3 mm thick with EPDM beading complete job. In shutters/ position panels.

Engagement of welder including hire charge of welding machine, cost of welding electrodes/rods complete job as per the directions of engineer in charge.
