Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N. size

Centering and Shuttering etc and removal of formwork for suspended floors,beams etc.

12mmThick cement Plaster in 1:6 mix on walls

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded ) Grill work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture two or more coats to give an even shade including steel primer of red oxide on steel work. Grill work

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil:

Add cost of stainless steel Round Balls (50mm dia) complete with base plate and nuts and bolts or welding ,complete job.

Carriage of sand / stone aggregate lead 10 km by MT.
