S & F MS angle iron Hand rails, fencing posts, flat iron including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of chain link fencing MS galvanised sqaure wire mesh of size 50mm X 50mm, dia of wire 4mm including line wires, to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc inlcuding provision of binding wire and dismantling of old fencing wire mesh of any type etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MS round bars 10 mm dia and over Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and fixed complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S &F in repairs Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 16 to 20mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) setting in CM 1:6 work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces and Demolition of old reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position reinforcement cut on required to fecilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S, complete all as specified and as directed.

Running welding in repairs exc 6 mm but n exc 9mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in PCC in Hard standing etc. with , spike rolling ,or making impression of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and Demolition of old Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment incl removal of old flooring by demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone boulders hard core of guage n.exc 63mm deposited spread and level, laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs framed work as in doors or gates of angle,tubes or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,guard bar etc., complete, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, ceiling etc., brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent, trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members not exceeding 4kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot deep galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed wire with the angle iron, the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG),incl removal of old, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer and all as specified and directed and demolition of old Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for old machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment and including side kerb concrete, incl removal of old and necc demolition, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kerb stone precast with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement and all as specified and directed and Demolition of old kerb stone (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewing cement concrete tiles/interlocking tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. Including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed. Note : The rate included for cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed removing rubbish, removing and sepairing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings etc, that may be required. New tiles required is deemed to be included all as directed. The unit rate is also including necessary beding in cement mortor/Sand filling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard,handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good by pointing in cement mortar (1:2) using admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including cement screed bed Cement Mortar (1:6) 15 mm thick colour of granite as approved incl removal of old all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Dismantling of old stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any discription or thickness in floor (i) The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC , 1:3:6 type C-1,using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, incl necc demolition of old concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 50 mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:4, type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.50mm graded aggregate, faces are finished smooth including demolition of old mouldings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on external surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating with three coats of white wash on new surfaes of walls incl preparation to give uniform and smooth finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the Open water drain of average sectional area upto 1.70 Sqm by removing the filled earth, debris, plantation etc and removing the same to a distance not exc 50m outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-(i) Cost of scaffolding required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of new/old any type of surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of floor guard paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints / points in cement mortar to squared rubber masonry coursed or uncoursed and including M & L keyed pointed in CM 1:4 for squared rubble masonry, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 incl taking down old glass and removing the rubbish to a distance not less than 100 m and deposited where, complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 52 : The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for following :- (a) 25mm thick layer of cement mortar glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting. (b) Taking down existing glass from coping. (c) Scaffolding for execution of work and protective measures should be taken by the contractor..

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer of any description, complete all as specified and directed.
