Material & labour 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 concrete surfaces of ceiling etc, finished surfaced even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick cement plaster (on roof projection, chajja's, ceiling etc.) in CM(1:3) in two coat each 10 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for application on ceiling surfaces and roof projections with two coats of cement based polymer modified bonding slurry made of cement and polymer (Resikon 400) in ratio (1:6) by weight mixed in water to the brushable consistency @ 1.50 kg slurry in two coats such that first coat applied after wetting the surface and the second coat to be applied 15-20 minutes after the application of first coat complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
