Basic Code No.0294 Supplying and stacking 25mm metal stone aggregate at 133/11 KV Sub-station site, Yanam and rate including loading unloading, transportation, stacking and spreading charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16.96 Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 2 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset , pumpset fixing in position and test run etc. complete.

18.48A Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked , with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank - Circular Tank.

18.7.3 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work – exposed on wall - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes.

18.7.4 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work - exposed on wall - 32mm nominal outer dia pipes.

17.32.2 Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing – rectangular shape 453 x 357 mm.

17.7.5 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps ,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white vitreous china anglet back wash basin size 600x480 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

17.3.1 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid,10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P.flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend , overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets , cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required -W.C.pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

9.119 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm , made out of extruded 5 and joined with 2 nos , of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification.

9.124.1 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm sqm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm , painted with primer, all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed . Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mmx8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications - Non decorative finish.

17.78.1 Providing and fixing CP brass health faucet of approved quality - 15 mm nominal bore.

17.4.1 Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x 260x350 mm and 340x 410x 265mm sizes respectively with automatic flusing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I. clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - One urinal basin with 5 litre.

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

6.4.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

13.1.2 Code No: 13.1.2: 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.
