Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand four course aggregate) using 20mm HBG metal from approved quarry. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and loading unloading charges etc. complete as per Standard specification.

Reinforce cement Concrete in 1:1½;3 mix using 20mmISS gauge HBG metal including all cost and conveyance materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing RCC Pre cast slab in RCC 1:1 1/2:3 mix including cost of reinforcement grill but including moduling, finishing watering curing and fixing in position etc., Complete as per std., Specifications.,
