Providing and placing in position 150 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of various sizes, of minimum M25 grade cement concrete conforming to IS 456 for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 12 mm dia HYSD bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 2 nos. lifting hook made up of 12 mm dia HYSD bars embedded in concrete. Steel reinforcement should be of Fe 500 grade and conforming to IS 1786. Neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 2 mm thick , 150 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet, etc including cost of carriage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
