Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant 600 KLD at Hameed Vihar by providing 01 (One) FGM in each shift. Operation consists of two shift in a day (each shift shall be 8 hours of duration) i.e. from 0600 hours to 1400 hours & 1400 hours to 2200 hours on all working days including Sundays and holidays all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge :-

Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant 300 KLD at Pratap Line by providing 01 (One) FGM in each shift. Operation consists of two shift in a day (each shift shall be 8 hours of duration) i.e. from 0600 hours to 1400 hours & 1400 hours to 2200 hours on all working days including Sundays and holidays all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge :-

Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant 600 KLD at Queens road by providing 01 (One) FGM in each shift. Operation consists of two shift in a day (each shift shall be 8 hours of duration) i.e. from 0600 hours to 1400 hours & 1400 hours to 2200 hourson all working days including Sundays and holidays all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. [Note for srl item No 1, 2 & 3 :- The details of operation of above mentioned sewage installations also comprising the following works :- (i) Operation of sewage plant and pumping set timing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii)Installation shall be maintained and operated in two shifts including Sunday & Holidays. (iii) Operation of pumps and opening of sluice valves at collection well to supply the raw material to sewage treatment plant time to time as laid down or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the sewage installation neat and clean on every day including 15 mtrs all around the installation and maintain seasonal flower/decorative plants in front of pump house. (v) Carry out tightening of nuts & bolts, replace whenever required, applying gland packing and greasing. (vi) One opreator shall always be present in each shift. In case of absent of any operator the penalty @ Rs 2000.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

Taking out Non clog sewage lifting pump set of Cap 5.0 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz, AC supply along with pipe from the sewage collection well after disconnecting electric connection, dismentling of pump and motor, repairing/ replacing defective parts as ordered and re-assembling and testing including replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers , mechanical seal ,'O' ring gasket complete and lowering the same after repairing and making electrical and delivery pipe connections complete all as specified and directed for replacement of u/s parts if any as supply only under item Note :-Lubricant oil shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item and transportation if any shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item

Supply only ball bearing as per existing No ( Make : NBC/SKF).

Supply and fix in repair of fully automatic star delta starter 10 HP (MUG-10) comprising of combo volt and ammeter single phase preventor, over load relay and timer housed in MS sheet power coated enclosure up to 10 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair starter of 5 HP (MR-G3) comprising of combo volt and ammeter, over load relay in MS sheet power coated enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/sweeping of preimises STP 1,2,3 including cutting out green vegetation, roots, bushes, Tree branches ,picking polothineand other unwanted material from the installation area and maintaining the ground surrounding the installation and removing the same out side the defence area as directed by Engr in charge. The approx area of installation to be kept clean are as under. (1) STP No 1 -6000Sqm (2) STP No -02 - 4900 Sqm (3) STP-3 - 5100 Sqm Note :- (i) if contractor fail to the clean the area of installation or found absent than recovery @ 3000/- each job shall be recovered from his dues and contractor's claim on this account shall not be entertained. (ii) Contractor provide required T&P like as(Broom, Axe,saw,boucket etc) (iii) Each job shall be completed in 02 month.

Note : Cleaning period between each unit 5 months

Desludging (MBBR ) sewage Tank at STP of internal dia 6.5 meter and depth upto 7.5meter and removing away sludge to a distance not less than 150 meters including burying sludge into pits and covering pits with excavated earth and including cleaning of pump house inside and surrounding all around up to complete fencing of sewage installation by removing of all vegitation, bushes, mud, dirt, dust , refilling of PVC media filter after cleaining/washing with water or chamical etc and shift to a distance not exceeding 150 meter including applying two coats of white wash internally after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Desludging (Equlizer and Greasas ) sewage Tank at STP of size 9x3.5x3 mtr meter and removing away sludge to a distance not less than 150 meters including burying sludge into pits and covering pits with excavated earth and including by removing of all vegitation, bushes, mud, dirt, dust ,cleaining/ washing with water or chamical etc including applying two coats of white wash internally after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning/ servicing of existing (carbon , Raw & Sand ) filter at STP and removing away sludge to a distance not less than 150 meters and refilling of PVC media filter after cleaining/washing with water or chamical etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- (Item No. 44 to 47) Sump/Tank not clean by mannual(with manpower) only cleaning Machine stricly followed (a) Quoted rates shall also include for excavation of pits for burying sludge and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 150 meters. (b) T&P, labour & transportation charges etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c ) The complete sludge to be removed for which adequate man power, T&P, sludge removing vibrator and sludge carrying vehicle including diesel driven non-clog pump set for pumping out the sewage / sludge to be made available with in the overall cost of the quoted rate. (d) Necessary arrangements viz pipeline, pumpset, starter etc. should also be made for pumping out of the daily receiving sewage from the nearby manhole of raw sewage sump to JDA line till the time the cleaning of raw sewage completely carried out for which cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.
