BOQ ( Comprehensive Maint works of OTM Area at Akash Vihar in domestic area at AF Stn Suratgarh)

S&F of aluminium composite pannel (ACP) false ceiling of colour (as approved by Engr-in charge) made out of 3mm thick (wt not less than 4.11 kgs/m2) ACP material consisting of 2 mm thick FR grademineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The ACP Pannel sheet shall be coil coated with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based flouropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (service) coating on face # 2 as specified including Hangers 4 mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified. stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, etc with & including Aluminium frame work of aluminium section 60x40x1.9 mm thcik as required or as per manufacturer instruction as per site requirements. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling or insulation boards/ slabs / PVC panelling any thickness and in any position incl frame grid and cover fillets and framework etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick plain gypsum board flase ceiling with GI frame work incl all necessary drilling, cutting to fix electrical items complete all as specified and directed with floowing: (a) GI sheet channel 30x25x20mm of 24 Gauge fixed with rawl plug and screws 450 mm centre to centre along with perimeter of wall. (b) GI sheet channelmade to shape 50x40x40mm of 24 Gauge placed @ 600 mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall except long wall (in one span) (c) GI sheet intermediate runners of size 45x10x10mm of 24 Gauge fixed @ 1200 mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side wall (in other span) (d) GI sheet 25mm wide & 20 mm gauge suspenders fixed with steel fasteners to roof, ceiling @ 1200 mm centre to centre incl plugging in RCC slab.

S&F PVC Wall lining louvers consisting of 8mm thick Plain/ colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specified & directed by Engr -in charge.

Material & Labour stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.. complete all as specfied and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F rolled mild steel for as in framing for cladding glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc conforming to Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating having GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm thick of any colour as in tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints/hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (in Camouflage pattern) with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included with following application as under :- (a) The surfaces shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust,lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth by use of stiff brush, washed well and allow water to dry. (b) All cracks, voids and minor damages shall be patched/repaired prior to application of paint with white cement putty or with Plaster of Paris.

M&L for Complete Removal of existing Surfaces Treatment and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (in Plain/New Camouflage pattern) with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on newly plastered surfaces over a coat of Chalk whitening on wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying tWO coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for rough cast plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate of size 6mm to 8mm as directed, mixed with coarse sand, fine sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1, finished even rendereing with under coat 15mm thick cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sqm each and removing from site.

Taking down door chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site.

Taking down door shutter exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sq m each and removing from site.

S&F pressed steel frames size of frame105x60 mm for doors with one or more relates incl. necessary fixing lugs, hinges look strike plate etc. complete as specified .

S&F pressed steel frames size of frame 125X60mm for doors with one or more rebated incl. necessary fixing lugs, hinges strike plate etc. complete as specified

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast iron fixing and back filing of pressed steel door frame including necessary form work all as specified.

S&F Factory made 35mm thick 2nd class HW Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F Factory made of 35 mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fitted as per specification & drawing and as per manufacturer's instructions ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of 150 mm size , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminum anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed of 200 mm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled of 100 mm size and fixed ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F Aluminum alloy, anodized, door bolt with hasp staple ( bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminum alloy and fixed length of bolt 250 mm, bolts not less than 16mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts not,four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete (ISI marked ) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint to wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth over one coat of pink primer including preparation of new surfaces.

S& F in replacement factory made box type glazed and gauged steel window/ventilator made out of ERW hollow P&T section. Both window to be welded together with flat iron 25x3mm to outer frames on both sides complete all as specified including MS grill and necessary formwork complete and including shop coat redoxide primer with following fittings welded to frame/shutter:- (a) Hold fast 150mm long 25mmx6mm iron made to shape-02 Nos in each window (both sides) (b) Handle of 'Z' section 20mmx25mm Each leaf (c) 100mm stopper-01 No per leaf. (d) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf. (e) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square 15mmx15mmx24mm welded to hinges gauze wall thickness welded to hinges of 50mm size-01 No per leaf. (f) MS box type hinges of size 75x12mm-03 Nos per leaf (g) Fabrication & fixing complete (h) Flat iron for fixing wire gauge to gauge window Glass pane, wire gauge and synthetic enamel painting work complete. Note:- (i) Glass panes, wire gauze and painting shall be measured & paid Separately under respective ii) Design shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge

S&F, Sheet glass 3 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.18mm & fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size, quality or description from wooden/steel frames fixed with wooden beads/metal pinning and S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass in squares not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane fixed with wooden beads or putty (in metal frames etc) complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base,flooring, pavings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made conforming to IS: 15658: 2006 incl amendments if any chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made conforming to IS: 15658: 2006 incl amendments if any chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for 2 coats of Plastic emulsion paint on kerb ston/ road side kerb plastered or PCC Surfaces of any description, including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 2 coats of Plastic emulsion paint on kerb ston/ road side kerb plastered or PCC Surfaces of any description, including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&l for chequered cement concrete tile 30cm*30*cm*25mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in cement slurry and pigments laid over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick designer (as approved by GE) louvers and jallies in Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) fixed on wall in cement mortar 1:4 including solid pillar between two jafri complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite stone slab machine cut( table rubbed and polished) in steps ,jambs,pillars,window cills ,cooking platform, laid over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including polishing complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc and removing from site articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L, Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (450x350mm) x 7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces of wall such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including dismantling of existing tiles of any description ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,with & including dismantling of existing tiles of any descriptioncomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for First quality, vitrified coloured tiles, 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,with & including dismantling of existing tiles of any descriptioncomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for First quality, vitrified coloured tiles, 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.36]Sq.m, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,with & including dismantling of existing tiles of any descriptioncomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M & L for anti skid Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (squqre/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1 sqm in floors, skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles any description complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour Tripple layer ( cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I ,1000 ltr capacity including dismantling of existing tank of any capacity any description complete all as specified.

M& L for 18mm thick solid HDHMR board with 0.9-1.20mm thick sunmica leminated sheet both side of two different colours (colour finish) as in kitchen cabnit shutter, jointed to form cabinet by means of Adhesive Solvent and fixed using Self-tapping Aluminium Screws, including beddding, providing & fixing of Stainless steel hinges suitable for 18 mm HDHMR Board (minimum of 02 Nos for Each leaf ) to hold cabinet shutter , Stainless Steel Silver chrome Door Handle 100mm long (01 No for each leaf of shutter) and Door catcher (01 no for each leaf),including taking down of existing cubboard complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring with Kota stone of size not less than 550x550 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubbing, grinding of existing floor for achieve Mirror polishing on marble/ Kota stone (verticle/horizotal surface) to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated any colour Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S & F Aluminium die cast body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No. 3, universal type suitable for door shutter 851 to 1000 mm in width and 61 to 80 Kg in weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore,medium grade,with all fittings fixed to walls or ceiling or laid in floors, in concealed pipe work including making good the chases etc in cement mortar(1:3) after fixing of pipe,incuding taking down of old rusted/u/s GI pipe removal from site. complete all as specified and directed.(Rates for cutting of chases is included in respective items of taking down).complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Galvanised iron tubing 20mm bore,medium grade,with all fittings fixed to walls or ceiling or laid in floors, in concealed pipe work including making good the chases etc in cement mortar(1:3) after fixing of pipe,incuding taking down of old rusted/u/s GI pipe removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.(Rates for cutting of chases is included in respective items of taking down).complete all as specified and directed

S&F as in replacement 12 mm thick toughned glass for door with proper grinding and rounding of edges , incl two no of stainless steel handle in each leaf ,handle size 45cm and 25mm dia. With lockin arrangement,hydraulic machine at the bottom for each door and pivots as per manufacture instruction,complete all as specfied and as directed .

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) sliding window three track with frame & two numbers glass shutters using 4 mm thick glass (tinted ) and one number shutter with stainless steel wire gauge wire cloth 0.31 mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.61 mm complete window using aluminium powder coated sections including aluminium cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle lock, rubber beading, beading for securing the wire cloth etc complete fittings as approved and directed. Size of aluminium sections for frame and shutters shall be as under :- (A) Three Track Frame :- (a) Bottom frame :- Jindal 2010, Section 20620 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. S&F in replacement Wash basins, vitreous china, white, flat back of size 550x400 mm including brackets and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand 32 mm dia waste fittings, brass, chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, 32 mm dia HDPE waste pipe and including new brackets , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Padestal Pattern) white including plastic water closet seat cover as per reqd colour with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or alluminium hinging device,including jet spray& helth fucet (excluding flushing cistern) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F as in replacement PVC valveless , syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity , low level , white, with inlet ball valves , float and handle including brackets and pvc flush pipe 32 mm dia for low level in replacement , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in -Charge.

S&F in replacement PVC connection of PTMT, non corrosive with nuts and washers on both ends,600 mm long , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in -Charge .

S&F in replacement coloured vitreous china wash down water closet with cascade type fitting with syphonic action dual type flushing cistern in single piece pattern with inlet, ball valve, float and double push button, incl fixing bolt, plastic water closet seat cover closed pattern with bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device with one toilet paper holder, one health faucet and one CP jet spray with 2 x 1 m CP flexible tube complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Stop valve/Angle valve 15 mm dia cast copper alloy , chromium plated fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Pillar taps, 15 mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated , with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement Long Body Bib taps,15 mm cast copper alloy,chromium plated ,fancy type ,screwed down , screwed for iron pipe , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
