Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Hot rolled deformed bars

Providing and laying in position of cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) Including all leads, lift and carriage complete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) Including all leads, lift and carriage complete.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade onNew work (two or more coats)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigmentsetc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.

Applying priming coat: 13.58.1 With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Supply and fixing internal and external electricfication including from service main to the metre point and then to the main circuit board, switches, socket, switch board, MCB etc all job complete ready to use with instruction of Site Engineer- incharge of approved brand (Panasonic, Anchor) including all lift and lead carriages
