Supply & laying 1.1 KV grade 4 Core 400 Sq.mm for (Proposed 2 Run)XLPE/PVC insulated. PVC sheathed, steel Armoured Al. conductor Cable (Make: Gloster / Havells / Polycab) in UG Trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 Core 400 Sq.mm XLPE/PVC armoured cable.

Finishing the end of 4 Core 400 Sq.mm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Excavation of soil ( Soft Soil) for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

Providing of set of 4 nos. 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity I/c filling sand etc.

Providing First Aid Box conforming to IS 13115-1991. (Heavy gauge Al. Body) with all medicines and medical accessories as per recommendation.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

S & D of 11kv grade Rubber / equivalent Hand Gloves. (ISI Marked)

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 6mm thick to with stand 3.3 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

Supply and Replacement Epoxy Cast, Dual Core CT having CT ratio 100-50/5+5 with CORE1:5VA, Class -1.0 CORE2:5VA, Class - 5P10, STC - 26.3ka for 1 sec- 3 nos. (Mk.-BMC or Equivalent complying IS 2705-1992)

Supply and Replacemet HT VCB Power Pack with capacitor back-up for 110V DC control supply for Closing & Tripping Coil, Relays, Indication Lamps- 1 no. Power pack to be fed from the secondary side of the Potential Transformer.(Mk.-Reputed)

Thorough servicing, ovehauling of 3 Panel VCB Gear Panel (Make Bicco Lorrie) by removal of HT/VCB with self contained Tank Dismantling all the components of electrical ,& mechanical portion. cleaning the dust of the BBC/HT Bushing, Spout, CT ee. Washing the V contact, finger contact. femmie 3contact by CTC oil and apply petrolimm jelly after all nexescre work then testing with S KV HT Megyer for IR value as per direetion of EIC also Change for repairing mechanical contacts of VCB viz. fixed / moving contact which get jammed due to aging / prolonged non usage by skilled perconnel as per direction of EIC .Terminals of auxiliary contacts both male & female side in replacement of old damaged one as per direction of EIC

Checking, testing, cleaning, nut bolt tightening of 315kVA Dry Type Transformer after disconnecting as per direction of EIC.

Through servicing & overhealing of 630/800A Air circuit breaker by opening the mechanical portion of the drawout unit from the setup, checking the mechanism, clearing, by CTC oil and reassembling properly s per direction of EIC.

S & F on load front operated 415V, 630A Changeover Switch (Make: L&T, Cat. No.: CO463000SOO) with Sheet Steel Enclosure on frame as per direction of EIC.

Charge for servicing, cleaning, repairing of Bus Coupler as per direction of EIC
