Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying and punned down to a thickness of 18 cm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete with MES marking on the top of the cover, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms , bracing, supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc and setting aside, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of steel earth wire from existing overhead service feeder etc, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc , complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling existing PCC poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete, transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pin type , porcelain, vitreous brown insulator of size 150mm height, 150mm dia 11000 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle with two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:The contractor should bring the cable in one run. There should not be any straight through joint in the cable.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix/laying 100 mm bore DWC pipe with all fittings laid across the road in trenches or pcc drain or along electric pole or floor/wall for protection of cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32 mm x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 3 including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed incl demolition to existing one.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fair to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole/panel including necessary form work as required , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole out door type unit on HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating upto 400 Amps mechanically operated mounted on insulators (9 insulators) and frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with earth switch and including locking arrangement with taking down old unserviceable one , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC cable route indicator of size 800mm x 300mm x 100mm duly written "MES HT CABLE" in block letter duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer and fixing with PCC (1:2:4) type- B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in 600mm x 450mm x 300mm for fixing cable route indicator, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced for making busbar on 3 pole & 4 pole structure, complete all as specified and as directed.
