SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-I: Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth width and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying pipes in loose/soft soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of GI Pipe, medium grade, including all fittings in old/new position, laid in trenches/ wall including taking down the old/unsv pipe line complete all as specified & directed of following sizes (Make- Jindal/ TATA/ BST) :- (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Cast Iron Pipe with spigot & socketed end, centrifugally cast, Class LA push on joint laid in trenches in old/ new route as required at site including taking down the old/unsv pipe line complete all as specified & directed of following sizes:-

(a) 100 mm dia

(b ) 80 mm dia

Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of following internal dia including necessary fittings and mild steel brackets of suitable size complete :-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20/25 mm bore

M&L for run lead joint in spigot and socketted pipe including spun yarn complete all as specified and directed for following sizes of pipes :-

(a) 80mm dia

(b) 100mm dia

M& L for cast iron bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing decreasing or double socket etc) tee piees, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket & spigot) collars, caps and plugs for spigot socketed pipes upto 150 mm bore complete.

M&L for cast iron sluice valve of pressure class PN-1.6 type flanged and drilled at both ends, conferming to ISI mark and having gun metal spindle and rings including wheel for operating all as specified including two numbers flanged socket and jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers, rubbers/ fibre board gasket including taking down old unserviceable valve from pipe line of both ends complete of following sizes:-

(a) 100 mm dia

(b) 80 mm dia

M&L for bailing out the water from the semi underground/UG sump capacity upto 10,000 GLNS with out causing any interruption to regular water supply system and cleaning the same walls, roof and floor thoroughly by using wire brush/scrapper for removal of deposited scales/sludge/silt etc and removing the materials out of site cleaning thoroughly with water and bleaching powder and then by chlorine solution for complete anti bacterial disinfections with applying one coat of white wash inner and outer side including writing date of cleaning on the black board with white paint all as specified and directed (Note:- Rates quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and safety equipments required at site)

S&F in repair MS chequred plated of 6mm thick including provision of lifting handle for each plate on existing trenches/ manhole covers for semi under ground sumps according to site condition including painting of synthetic enemel black paint over one coat of primer complete all as directed

M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 1050x1050x1050 mm (internal dimension) including necessary excavation and earthwork, PCC, brick work,12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on internal surface of valve pit and mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick and mild steel angle iorn frame size 40 x 40 x 5 mm around of valve pit, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm brass, 6 leavers and key (Make : Godrej) complete including two coat of synthetic enamel over a coat red oxide primer on steel surface with preparation of surface and including dismantling of existing valve pit complete all as specified & directed.

All as per above item but size 900x900x900 mm

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint on existing steel RCC/ wall surface as per colour scheme all as specified.

M&L for spray painting of complete water Pumpset of any type up to 10 HP capacity with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of specified colour after preparation of surface complete

M&L for painting of water supply pipes net works consisting of valves of any type and size at various pump houses inlcuding duly scrapping thoroughly the existing corroded paint / dirt/ dust / rust and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per the colour code and marking the water flow directions on pipe lines as directed.

Supply only bleaching powder stable of 33% chlorine all as specified (Make : DCM/RMCO/Rayalaseema or equivalent)

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip of size 25 X 4mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete

(c) Cleaning /Descaling /Callibration of Deisel fuel tank and writing date of cleaning complete (d) Renew fuel filter cartridge with New one. (e) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts. (f) Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (g) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new one as per direction. (h) Servicing of radiator (j) Cleaning of air cleaner filter and renew after period of hrs run as specified by manufacture. (k) Checking complete exhaust system including examining puncture in the mufler and redoing the complete insulation for adequate noise and pollution reduction complete (l) S&F MS pipe medium grade to be connected by welding with existing exhuast pipe 40mm dia/same size dia matching to existing size of 5 mtr length (approx) up to outside of wall of genset room for provisioning flow of flue gas outside of genset room incl making hole for pipe at wall to kept pipe outside of room with fixing arrangement incl painting with back synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (m) Testing of DG set after repair & servicing for smooth running of DG Set as per Manufacturers Instructions as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Any minor parts as required at site shall be supplied by the contractor. Cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
