Demolition of existing old tarfelt , waterproofing membrane, water proofing plaster of any description any type over RCC roof including any roof tiles, cement mortar screed, concrete screed of any thickness up to 200mm thick etc including desposing off debris from outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces incl parapet etc in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer`s instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..(Note WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Dosage- @ 200 ml per 50Kgs of Bags of cement)

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including papapet as under:- Ist Course:- Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @0.40Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces of plaster and after drying of primer,apply a coat of hot bitumin blown 85/25 grade bitumen confirming to IS [email protected] kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. IInd Course:- APP(Atactic Polypropyline) modified polymeric,membrane,5 layered,3mm thick weight not less than 3.0 kg/sqm with 160 grams/sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75mm side overlap and 150mm and overlap sealed and finished neat,all joints. IIIrd Course:- Apply a coat of bitumein blown 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.2 Kg/Sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @0.50 to 1 kg/sqm over two coat of alluminium paint Note:-Complete treatement shall be carried out by the applicator of the manufacturs only or through their authorised personal only

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1(Using20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding in slab finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of AC sheets corrugated or semi-corrugated in roof covering including ridges,hips,valleys and flashings etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F structural steel work as in roof trusses(framed),trussed purlins,crane gantries,rails and fastening and heavy brackets (Beam,tee,angle,channel or hollow steel section) including distancepieces,cleats etc confirming to Fe-410W(Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified.

S & F Compond griders & stanchions,lattice griders, aeral masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps,bases,splices etc build up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates,including all lattice bars ,stiffeners ,gusset plates confirming to Fe 410 W (Gde E-250 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
