Servicing of existing 1600 AMP bus bar duct, feeding from main supply riser panel, after disconnection from LT panel i/c checking, testing, tightening of nut bolts, reconnection with panels and commissioning etc complete as required.

High Voltage Testing of 11 KV HT Panel Board & HT cable of size 3X185 sq mm by injecting high voltage with the help of suitable HV testing Kit for ensuring the healthiness of cable complete as required.

Testing of the complete system of HT panel for checking the actual working of the CTs, their wiring, connected IDMT relay, shunt trip system, breaker's tripping system and for any loose connection by primary injection method in all three phase and at each plug setting at actual time multiplier at site with suitable testing equipment i/c rectify the defect in control wiring etc if any complete as required.

Dehydration of 11kv 1000KVA Transformer and arresting the leakage, cleaning of existing 1000KVA, 11 KV/ 433 Volt outdoor oil type transformer by disconnection of HT and LT site cable/ bus trunking, draining out of oil from conservator tank & dismantling the same Lifting of top cover with core and winding by hydra/ crane as required and removing the old worn out gasket from all parts & joints, cleaning the surface and providing and fixing cork sheet gasket of suitable size with superior quality of adhesive for top cover gasket & HT & LT side gasket i/c Oil seal as required and reassembling of same after removing sludge, dehumidification, dissolved moisture and gas by re-circulation method and hiring charges of filtration equipment, replace breather filled silica gel, i/c arresting leakage i/c following testing, HV/LT cable tightening i/c credit for worn-out materials, oil etc and submission of reports etc complete as required. 1. Supplying and Filing of transformer Oil in the existing HT 1000 KVA Transformer & topping / replacement i/c testing of dielectric strength of the transformer Oil after refilling complete as required.

Painting of grills & walls around the transformer and body of transformer by enamelled paint complete as required.

Supply and fixing temperature gauge on the existing Transformer including testing etc. complete as required.

S/I/T/C of Over Current Relay (Inverse) Type and Earth Fault Relay (Inverse) 2.5-10Amp. 50Hz in the existing HT panel by secondary injection method cleaning the contacts resetting with reqd. accuracy complete checking & setting of complete wiring i/c fixing of the relay unit etc complete as reqd.

Servicing of 3 Phase 11 KV, 630 AMP capacity H.T. VCB opening the required parts for servicing, checking, cleaning, testing and rectification of defect oiling, greasing, moving gear assembly and arc contact with CR 2 spray and Cadmium solution i/c reassembling, recommissioning in the H.T. Panel etc as required.

Calibration & Testing of relays having 2 Nos O/L relays and one no. earth fault relay in the existing HT panel By secondary injection method cleaning the contacts resetting with required Accuracy complete checking & setting of complete wiring i/c fixing of the relay unit etc complete as required.

Servicing of 11 KV/110 volts PT complete including removal of the PT from the HT Panel board cleaning of dirt particles, soaking the moisture, tightening the connections including cheeking of the top cover assembly, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.

Servicing of 11 KV, 100-50/5+5 Amp. CT complete including removal of the PT from the HT Panel board cleaning of dirt particles, soaking the moisture, tightening the connections including cheeking of the top cover assembly, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of following accessories in the existing LT panel board including connect on, testing complete as required.
