Part – A (RAW WATER )

Cost towards repairing and Overhauling of 30 H.P. V.T. Pump Set Multiple Stage ball assembly S/F impeller G.M. Bush as per sample 5 – Nos each, S/F Housing Bush as per Sample. Replace in spider rubber cutlass bush – 2 Nos, replacing of 25mm dia. 5 feet long S.S. line shaft – 4 Nos with S.S. socket . Transportation charge from site to work shop vice versa including tools – tackles and Labour charges for lifting & lowering V.T. Pump before and after repairing work etc all complete at pumping plant.

Supplying all labour tools and tackles for complete opening, dismantling , Cleaning of its slots of stator by brush & petrol then complete rewinding of 30 H.P. 440 Volts, 50 C/S, Star delta, 3 Phase V.T. motor by supplying super enameled copper wire & then tapping varnishing, heating & testing on full load and repairing of stator & rotor, changing of bearings as per sample SKF make with including the deduction of cost of burnt copper wires and transportation charges from P/Plant to workshop and back to the same . Including tools & tackles and labour charges etc all complete at P/Plant.

Cost towards repairing of 100 KVA Oil cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizer working on three phase input Voltage-240 to 400 V and Output-400±1%V with following works-

Cost towards disconnection and cleaning of stabilizer with all labour tools and tackles.

Cost towards S/F of servo motor as per sample-10 kg each.

Cost towards s/f of Panel Sensing/control PCB Card as per sample

Cost towards repairing and maintaining of lighting arrangements inside and outside of pump house by installing 75 W LED Street lights.

Cost towards Supplying & Fitting of 120 Sq mm x 3.5 core 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor PVC Insulated, PVC Shethed armoured Cable including laying on flour as where required from LT line from Electric Pole to MCP of Raw Water Pumping Plant

Supplying and Laying 2” dia. 170 ft G.I. Pipe for covering service cable on gangway.

Part – B (CLEAR WATER )

Including tools & tackles and labour charges etc all complete at P/Plant.

Cost towards varnishing, heating & Greasing of both side ball bearing of 60 H.P. Induction motor 3 Phase, 1440 rpm, Volt 410 ± 10% 50 Cycle and testing on full load at site including supply of all labour tools and tackles.

Cost for repairing of 60 H.P. C/F pump with M/S/F S.S. shaft as per sample – 1 No. C.I. Gland Tightner – 2 Nos, C.I. Bearing housing – 2 Nos, MS. Check Nut – 2 Nos, C.I. Neckring – 2 Nos, Ball Bearing S.K.F. as per sample – 2 Nos, all labour tools & tackles and materials with loading and unloading transporting charge.

Cost towards repairing and full rewinding of 2 H.P. Induction motor 3 Phase, 1440 rpm, Volt 410 ± 10% 50 Cycle with super enameled copper wire and Varnishing of two coat of “Dr. Beck” Varnishing and heating at control temperature and testing on full load at site including supply of all labour tools and tackles.

Cost for repairing of 2 H.P. monoblock C/F pump with M/S/F S.S. shaft as per sample – 1 No. C.I. Gland Tightner – 2 Nos, C.I. Bearing housing – 2 Nos, MS. Check Nut – 2 Nos, C.I. Neckring – 2 Nos, Ball Bearing S.K.F. as per sample – 2 Nos, all labour tools & tackles and materials with loading and unloading transporting charge.

Cost towards repairing of 200 Amp Pannel Board. Replace of 100 TP MCCB 200 Amp. Thermal release – 1 No. and out going feeder 415 VTP MCCB OLDC having thermal release range – 2 Nos. S/F Voltmeter (0-500V) Squire type – 2 Nos, S/F – Ammeter (0-63A) squire type 2 Nos and Replace of phase indicator lamp – 3 Nos. including internal wire etc all complete

Part – C (ESR at Karihar )

Cost towards alignment and Labeling of 20 H.P. C/F motor pump set to be done.

Cost towards Supplying and filling of Transformer Oil in 100 KVA Transformer

Cost towards varnishing, heating & Greasing of both side ball bearing of 20 H.P. Induction motor 3 Phase, 1440 rpm, Volt 410 ± 10% 50 Cycle and testing on full load at site including supply of all labour tools and tackles.
