Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation of poles, cables etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spread fine river sand in trenches complete all as specified ans as directed. Note: For measurement purpose, punned down thickness shall only be taken.

M&L for laying brick sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks for cable protection of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing galvanised iron tubing 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings for passing of under ground cable including taking down old pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No 6.00 (here-in-before) but 50mm bore

Material and labour for dismantling the servo volatge satbiliser in position upto capacity 400 KVA including taking down all incoming/ outgoing connection and lifting of core from the stabiliser for identification of fault and reassembling after rectification of fault. Note:- Spares reqd for replacement shall be paid under the respective item as under.

M & L for servicing of servo voltage stablizer including refresh the all connection, greasing, and following testing:- (i) Testing of oil (ii) testing of insulation resistance (ii) testing of leakage current and output voltage all as specified and directed by Engr in charege.( Note : if oil found unsv the oil replaced with fresh transformer oil and transformer oil shall be paid under the respective item as under)

S & F in replacement of defective electronic circuit card (PCB) and making electrical connection for servo voltage stablizer of any make and cap upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of defective microproccessor based contro card for each phase and making electrical connection for servo voltage stablizer of any make and cap upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of defective trigger transformer and making electrical connection for servo voltage stablizer of any make and cap upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of defective servo motor 3 Kg torque and making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of Thyristor type NASU system (Make: CCR ) by providing OEM service engineer including repairing/replacing of defective CCRs by identifying the fault, replacement of defective PCBs and other components and complete checking Thyristor type NASU capacity 4KW Note: (i) All the components reqd for repairing to make ther CCR serviceable shall be provided by the contractor and measured separately.. (ii) The CCR shall be repaired and serviced by OEMs Rep/ his auth rep only.

Calibration of Thyristor type NASU system (Make: CCR ) by providing OEM service engineer including servicing complete all as directed . Note: (i) Calibration and servicing of CCR will be carried out quarterly. (ii) Each CCR test will be carried out and calibration report will be submitted to department. (iii) The CCR shall be calibrated and serviced by OEMs Rep/ his auth rep only. (iv) Servicing includes dusting, cleaning, checking of all conection and making the connection healty.
